Colo. regulators consider oil, gas drilling rules
Colorado regulators are beginning a three-day hearing Monday on rule changes for oil and gas drilling.
The changes include requiring rigs to be farther away from buildings following complaints over proposed drilling in populated areas.
Ground-water sampling is also on the agenda.
