HOMETOWN: Newtown, PA
EDUCATION: BS Meteorology from Plymouth State University, in Plymouth, NH
EXPERIENCE: During the summer between my junior and senior years of college I interned with Glenn "Hurricane" Schwartz at the NBC affiliate in Philadelphia, PA. I graduated from Plymouth State University in May of 2007. In August of 2007 I became the Chief Meteorologist for WGXA-TV (FOX 24) in Macon, GA. Attending College in the Northeast, and working for two years in the Southeast has given me experience in forecasting almost any type of weather Mother Nature can throw at us here on the Western Slope.
INTERESTS: My family and friends are two things that are very important to me, especially my family. I love to ski and play golf, two things which are abundant here in Western Colorado. Growing up in Philadelphia has led me to be a big Philly sports fan. I love to root for the Flyers, Phillies and the Eagles. Colorado is a place I have always wanted to live and I am proud to make Grand Junction my new home.
