After a few weeks of being on break, I am pleased to announce our Cat of the Week segment is back on track this week, and it's better than ever. The kitty we feature this week may be the sweetest one I have ever met. Her name is White Face, and she is 7 months old. She was found on North Avenue, along with her brother. The man who found these two kitties kept her brother and gave White Face to CLAWS so she could find a new forever home.
White Face is, by far, the sweetest kitty I have ever met. As soon as you pick her up she will start purring and cuddling with you. She loves to give little kitty kisses and to playing. She is an incredibly trusting cat. She will let anyone pet her belly, and can sleep almost anywhere. While we were filming Cat of the Week for KJCT News 8 This Morning, she practically fell asleep in Alice's arms! If you are looking for an incredibly sweet kitten to bring home, this is her! She gets along well with other cats, will do fine with kids of any age, but we are not sure how she would get along with dogs. That being said, loud dog barks don't seem to spook her so she may get along alright with dogs.
White Face is waiting for a new home at the PETCO in The Grand Mesa Shopping Plaza. PETCO is located at 2456 1/2 Highway 6 and 50 in Grand Junction. The phone number is (970) 241-8340. Her adoption fee is just $65, and that covers everything you need to bring home a happy, healthy kitty.
Let's get this sweet girl a new forever home!
