Grand Junction, Colo. -

This week's featured cat is Daisy Mae. Daisy Mae is four years old, and is a Tabby-Tortoi. She is considered a long haired cat, so brushing her fur on a regular basis is a must if you take her home. She was recently taken into the CLAWS shelter from Mesa County Animal Services. If CLAWS did not take her in, she would've been put down because there was no room at Animal Services for her.

Daisy Mae is an incredibly sweet and loving cat. She loves to be petted, and starts purring almost instantly when you give her some attention. If you scratch the side of her face, she will nuzzle her head into your hand! She gets along great with other cats, and loves people. We do not know how she gets along with dogs, because she came from Animal Services.

If you'd like to adopt this sweetheart, she is located at the PETCO in Grand Junction. PETCO is located at 2464 US 6 in Grand Junction. The phone number is (970) 241-8340. Her adoption fee is just $65, and that covers everything you will need to bring home a happy, healthy kitty. Will Daisy Mae be the next addition to your family?
