A Boulder High School principal has been arrested on suspicion of domestic violence, child abuse and criminal mischief following a dispute with his wife at his home.
Police say they were called to a Boulder home Wednesday after Kevin Braney's wife Andrea said he began destroying property involved in their divorce case. Police say Braney was charged with child abuse for allowing a child to witness the violence.
According to the Boulder Daily Camera (http://tinyurl.com/c5whnyd ), Braney told police he did not yell at his wife or touch her, though they did have stern words about finances.
Braney has been placed on paid administrative leave from his duties at Boulder High School while he addresses personal and health issues.
