GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. -

The Grand Junction Police Department has arrested a man for his involvement in a hit and run crash that killed a 32-year-old Grand Junction woman.

According to police, 26-year-old Cody James Boden was arrested for failing to remain at the scene after an accident involving a death. The charge is a class 3 felony.

Amber Davidovich, 32, was critically injured in the crash; she lost her life days later at St. Mary's Hospital.

She had been walking near 9th Street and Main Street around 2:30 a.m. on October 7 when the accident occurred.

Police say the case has been sealed by the court so no more information is currently available.
