GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. -

A Grand Junction man is under arrest for violating his plea agreement.

Accodring to police, 73 year-old Earl Stults has had several run-ins with law enforcement during the past several years.

Security equipment at his home was confiscated, but his victims say in February he installed six new security cameras at his house in the 300 block of McFarland Court.

A police officer drove by the house and saw the security cameras, some of which police say were hidden.

Stults was then arrested for violating a protection order, stalking and harassment.

Stults was arrested in 2011 for verbally assaulting a man, but also for a series of harassment incidents directed toward the man's wife.

Some of those incidents date back to 2004.

The man's wife claims Stults used to watch her inside and outside the home.
