POSTED: 7:25 am MDT July 27, 2010UPDATED: 10:17 am MDT July 27, 2010GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. -- Jason Kemp, the man shot and killed by a CSP trooper last week, will have a memorial service today.A cousin of Kemp tells us the memorial will be held at Canyon View Vineyard Church today at 1:00pm and the public is invited to attend.The shooting happened last Tuesday after a traffic accident.The investigation into the shooting is still ongoing today.
