The man arrested in Mesa County in connection with a shooting in Twin Falls appeared before a judge Thursday morning.

Thomas Trevino says he will not fight extradition back to Idaho. The Mesa County District Attorney's Office says it usually takes about ten days for the extradition to take place.

The DA's Office says at this time it's unaware of any local charges against Trevino.

Investigators used Trevino's cell phone to track him to the Western Slope. It's still unclear what he was doing here.
