The Montrose Rehabilitation Center at the Valley Manor Center has just finished remodeling its facility. This includes 13 private rooms all equipped with complementary flat-screen TVs with cable and wireless internet, 1 semi-private room, and a transitional care apartment that stimulates all the activities of home. The rehabilitation center is top notch, with professional therapists that put their patients’ priorities first. Also, enjoy restaurant style dining from our menu that includes a wide variety of savory meals, making your transition from rehabilitation to home as luxurious as possible.
