Mesa County sees less home foreclosures

Updated: 04/18/2015 - The number of foreclosures in Colorado went up in March – that's according to RealtyTrac's monthly report. The foreclosures numbers put the state at 22nd highest in the country for foreclosure filings. In Mesa County, the amount of foreclosures filed each month has generally decreased over the last five years. Mesa County’s Public Trustee says we're currently seeing an average of 44 closures each month compared to more than 100 in 2010.
