Edgar Vargas' family speaks on the teen's death

Updated: 04/23/2015 - The body of 18-year-old Edgar Vargas, the teen who was driving from El Paso, Texas to the Grand Junction area has been found. The Ouray County coroner identified Vargas this afternoon. The teen first went missing last Friday. CSP says Vargas was travelling eastbound on Highway 550, when he lost control and went down the embankment.
