GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. Michael Blagg was transported back into Mesa County as he awaits a re-trial.
According to the Mesa County Inmate Inquiry System, Blagg is currently residing in the Mesa County jail.
The inquiry system states that he has open charges, and that he may have a hold or his bond has not been set yet.
Judge David Bottger granted Blagg a re-trial in June after a lengthy motions hearing.
He determined juror Marilyn Charlesworth lied on her juror questionnaire during the original trial back in 2004.
Just last month the District Attorney's office decided not to appeal the judge's decision.
Blagg was found guilty of murdering his wife Jennifer 10 years ago and was sentenced to life in prison.
