GJ Chamber uses online survey to track satisfaction

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. A new online survey from the Grand Junction Chamber of Commerce gives business owners a chance to comment on their membership satisfaction.

The survey is meant to provide chamber officials with suggestions for future services sponsored by the chamber, the challenges associated with owning a business in the Grand Valley, and the communication effectiveness of the chamber.

"It was very helpful for our task force going forward in terms of looking at our website, looking at our e-news, how we communicate overall and are more effective with that," say Diane Schwenke of the Grand Junction Chamber of Commerce.

The survey results will be used by the two newest committees created by the chamber of commerce--a marketing and communications taskforce and a small business council.

There were 1249 registered business owners in Grand Junction that received the survey, and they received an eleven percent response rate.
