Mike has been in the Grand Junction area since 1976 and is a Colorado native. He originally received his Real Estate License in 1982 shortly after Exxon left the Grand Junction Area. It was then he learned that the most important thing in the real estate industry was to be informed.
When Mike returned to his Real Estate career in 2002, he realized then that staying involved with the industry was the best way to stay informed. Mike served as the local MLS chairman for a number of years; was the Vice President of CREN at the onset of the project and he worked closely with the Grand Junction Area Realtor Association on a number of information gathering projects. He also served as the State President for the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) and is currently the past State President for CRS.
The most admirable qualities of Mike's are his forever positive attitude and willingness to help others. His pride in being involved with the industry is evident and Mike strongly believes working together as a team, can only make the industry stronger. Strong philosophies of Mike's are Homeownership Matters¨ and Keeping the American Dream Alive Those two aspects alone are what drives Mike to always do his best and stay on top of his game.
