After the show, Mayim Bialik (Blossom Russo) appeared in guest roles on TV shows like "The John Larroquette Show," "Fat Actress" and "Curb Your Enthusiasm."
Bialik, now 37, also earned a doctorate in neuroscience since "Blossom" and now has a regular role on "The Big Bang Theory."
Joseph Lawrence played Blossom's older brother, the middle child in the family, Joey Russo, most known for his drawn-out "Whoa" catchphrase.

Ted Wass (Nick Russo), pictured, bottom right, retired from acting after "Blossom." Since then, Wass, 60, has worked nonstop as a television director on such shows as "Spin City," "Two and a Half Men," "Rules of Engagement," "2 Broke Girls" and Joey Lawrence's sitcom "Melissa & Joey."
Michael Stoyanov (left) played Anthony Russo, Blossom's oldest brother. His character, a recovering drug addict and alcoholic, eventually becomes a paramedic.
Stoyanov, now 42, has had minor roles on shows like "Beverly Hills, 90210," "Prison Break," "Reno 911," The Mentalist," "Monk" (pictured) and "Justified" since "Blossom." He also had small part as one of the Joker's clown-masked goons in "The Dark Knight" and has written for "Late Night with Conan O'Brien," "The Dana Carvey Show" and "MADtv."
Bialik, von Oy and Stoyanov recently reunited to play themselves in a 2010 episode of the sitcom "'Til Death."
David Lascher played Vinnie Bonitardi, Blossom's on-again-off-again boyfriend in 48 episodes of the show.

Samaria Graham played Shelly who ends up marrying Tony while the two are drunk in Vegas. Now, 45, she had minor TV roles following "Blossom" and was a regular on "Providence." She most recently served as vocal director for the School of Rock in Charlotte, N.C.
Courtney Chase, now 25, played Kennedy, Carol's daughter and Blossom's little stepsister. Chase's biggest roles after the show included co-starring with Johnny Depp in "Nick of Time" and playing Dan Akyroyd's daughter in the short-lived TV series "Soul Man."
Melissa Manchester appeared in nine episodes as Blossom's mother, Maddy Russo. The role was one of only a handful of acting roles for the singer, now 62, who is still performing today. In 2011 she dueted with Barry Manilow on the song "You've Got A Friend" for his album "Barry Manilow Duets" and contributed the song "Rainbird" to the soundtrack for the indie drama "Dirty Girl."
Matthew Lawrence appeared on "Blossom" as the younger version of Joey on two episodes in 1991 and one in 1994. After the show, Lawrence, 33, starred in "Boy Meets World" and had guest-roles on "CSI: Miami" and "Boston Public" on television, and starred in the comedy "The Hot Chick." In 2011, he played -- what else? -- the brother of Joey Lawrence's character on an episode of "Melissa & Joey."
Neil Patrick Harris, then starring in "Doogie Howser, M.D.," made an appearance in a dream sequence as Blossom's rock star boyfriend.
