The Media Specialist is responsible for scheduling the correct commercials with the appropriate order and for maintaining the inventory of all commercial material with strong attention to detail & minimal error margin. The Media Specialist will also maintain the playout automation database and all commercial inventory in the station’s play-to-air server. The Sales Assistant duties include entering contracts via various interfaces (WO Central-Order Connect, EPort, manually, etc.), entering makegoods, back up the front desk as needed and other duties as assigned.
Educations - Minimum High School diploma (prefer Bachelor's Degree or two year trade or technical school or Associate's Degree)
Experience - Previous job experience of at least two years in television, radio or cable is required. The Media Specialist/Sales Assistant must be proficient in the operation of various trafficking methods & knowledgeable of basic video ingest technology/troubleshooting. Candidate must have extreme attention to detail and strong computer competencies.
