GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KJCT/KKCO)-- The Grand Junction Regional Airport has officially named its new executive director.
The Grand Junction Airport Authority Board chose Angela Padalecki who is currently the director of airline affairs at Denver International Airport.
Board members said they chose her because of her creative problem-solving abilities and strong background.
She’ll start her new position on Jan. 8 with a salary of $160,000 a year.
The authority board is replacing Kip Turner who left for a position in Eagle County.
Padalecki is the fifth director at the airport in the last three years.
