GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) -- The City of Grand Junction is looking to sell or lease the 23,000 square-foot Two Rivers Convention Center.
City officials said the 42-year-old property has been losing money during the last few years.
The city manager made a presentation Monday to the City Council to to find an organization that can run the convention center more efficiently.
The City Council approved the concept and they will soon be putting out a request for proposals.
No date has yet been announced for when proposals can be submitted.
