GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO/KJCT)-- The Good Samaritan Clinic of Western Colorado re-opened Saturday after receiving multiple donations to help fund equipment and their new permanent location.
Located in the Downtown Vineyard Church, the free medical clinic is staffed by volunteer physicians and nurses.
Providing primary care, basic lab work, and lowering the cost of medications for the Grand Valley.
There are no financial requirements for patients but you do need to make an appointment as they are only open on Saturdays.
"It gives them a way to access the system and get some health care that they have been putting off. And it provides a support to them,” said Executive Director for The Good Samaritan Clinic, Elaine Taylor.
