*Recipe contest: What is your take on a ‘not chicken salad’? Seasoned Garbanzo beans? Mashed tofu? Tempeh? Seitan? Soaked sunflower seeds? Bring your dish and recipe.

First prize is a fresh veggie gift basket - yum!Bring a plant based dish - free of animal products - to serve eight. (Or, bring something as simple as cut up fruits and veggies or natural juice.) Bring the recipe with all ingredients listed, your own place setting and beverage. There is no charge.
