GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KJCT) -- Republican County Commissioner Steve Acquafresca announced he will run again in the 2010 election cycle.
Acquafresca made the announcement during a luncheon Friday where he highlighted the projects and policies he's worked on over the last three years.
"I want to continue to stay with a conservative budget process. I want to stick to an aggressive capital plan so we can keep those dollars reticulating through the community," Acqaufresca told a group of supporters.
He also highlighted his contributions to making local 4-H clubs more popular in the community.
he also said the county needs to do something greater with its fairgrounds property to increase tourism.
No democratic candidate has come forward yet.
