GRAND JUNCTION --Business is good legally speaking for Brady Trucking, an oilfield services company near 27 1/2 Road and C 1/2 Road.
Protestors had filed a petition hoping to block expansion of the 13-acre business.
They gathered well over 1-thousand signatures, but the city clerk ruled in January they failed to meet the minimum number of 1,860.
Protestors appealed, but on Monday District Court Judge David Bottger agreed with the city clerk, determining the petition was insufficient.
