PALISADE, Colo. (KJCT)- A Palisade Police officer arrested for alleged harassment three weeks ago is now back at work.
26-year-old Stephen Tonello was accused of harassing his ex-girlfriend. Tonello was on paid administrative leave pending a criminal case.
The Palisade Police Department tells KJCT prosecutors dropped the charges against him. According to the arrest affidavit, Officer Tonello harassed his ex-girlfriend, sending her several nasty texts and showing up unannounced at her apartment one night.
