MORRISON, Colo. (AP) - The principal of a private Christian school in Morrison is scheduled to appear in court Monday for an advisement hearing following his arrest on suspicion of sexually assaulting a student.
Jefferson County district attorney's spokeswoman Pam Russell says 35-year-old Daniel Charles Brock of Littleton was arrested Friday.
Russell says Brock has been under investigation since February, when a Silver State Christian School staff member contacted police with concerns about Brock's relationship with a student.
The investigation is ongoing.
Authorities say Brock is on administrative leave from the school.
