Grand Junction, CO, November 24, 2012 – The Chorus will present its annual Christmas Concert Sunday, December 9, 2012 at 6 PM at Northeast Christian Church at 2001 Patterson RD.
The chorus, quartets, individuals and the Sweet Adeline’s Chorus will present about an hour’s worth of holiday music. There is no charge; but a freewill offering will be taken and shared by the church and the chorus.
The Bookcliff Harmony Chorus is always welcoming new members and practices on Tuesday at 7 PM at the Northeast Christian Church located at 2001 Patterson Road in Grand Junction. Men of all ages who like to sing are invited. The ability to carry a tune and the willingness to learn is all that is required. Prior experience is helpful but is not required. Barbershop harmony consists of four part harmony with no accompaniment, which is also known as a cappella singing. The four voice parts are Tenor, Lead (melody), Baritone and Bass. The chorus meets weekly at the same place and times. For further information call 255-9992 or contact Roger McClelland at 970-261-9498
