Do you think you have the cutest dog in town? Does your dog clean up nice? Here’s your chance to prove it. The Center of Independence is hosting their First Annual Canine Christmas on Saturday, December 8th, from 10am-1pm at 740 Gunnison Ave. Grand Junction.
Registration begins at 9:30am and the costume contest begins at 10:30am. Entry fee is $20 which includes one photo with Santa (additional photos $4), 1 Doggy Goodie Bag, and two tickets for a chance to win door prizes. Each additional canine is $10 and includes photo and doggy goodie bag.
Participants must provide proof of vaccinations at registration. ALL canines must be kept on a leash and under control at all times.
Other activities include: Lunch at our Chilly Dog Bar ($5 includes lunch combo), face painting for the kids, and shopping for dog beds, leashes and dog treats made by member's of CFI's Vocational Program.
